Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
We strive for customer satisfaction and accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original invoice.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened ink and toner cartridges.
- Special order or customized items.
- Office furniture once assembled.
- Special order or customized items
- Refund Process:
- Contact Customer Care at 456-6544 or email sales@jebergasse.com for an RMA number.
- Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Cancellation Policy Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:
- Before Shipment:
- Customers can cancel an order before it has been shipped for a full refund.
- After Shipment:
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return as per our return policy.
