Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

We strive for customer satisfaction and accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  1. Return Eligibility:
    • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original invoice.
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Opened ink and toner cartridges.
    • Special order or customized items.
    • Office furniture once assembled.
    • Special order or customized items
  3. Refund Process:
    • Contact Customer Care at 456-6544 or email sales@jebergasse.com for an RMA number.
    • Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy Orders may be canceled under the following conditions:

  1. Before Shipment:
    • Customers can cancel an order before it has been shipped for a full refund.
  2. After Shipment:
    • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return as per our return policy.
